2. Operational Standards: Licensed organizations are mandated to adhere to labor laws, including proper labor contract management, fair recruitment practices, and the provision of accurate job information to job seekers.
3. Foreign Participation: Foreign entities can engage in employment services in Vietnam through joint ventures or partnerships, subject to compliance with local regulations and approval by relevant authorities.
