The Vietnamese M & A Contract/agreement
Service fee: From 2,500,000 VND/contract/agreement. Implementation day: 2-3 working days
The English M& A Contract/agreement
Service fee: From 3,000,000 VND/contract/agreement. Implementation day: 2-3 working days
2. Quotation for M&A contract/agreement consultation and review
The Vietnamese Contract/agreement:
Service fee: From 3,500,000 VND/contract/agreement. Implementation day: 2-3 working days
The English Contract/agreement:
Service fee: From 4,000,000 VND/contract/agreement. Implementation day: 2-3 working days
The client only pays the most reasonable fees to have a standard contract which eliminates risks in M& A transaction.
