Competent authority: Copyright Office of Vietnam

The required dossiers:

A copy of business registration certificate
A copy of Identity Card
02 CD with contents of software
A printout document of contents of software (code)
Commitment of the author about the truthfulness of product creation procedure
Authorization letter/ Recommendation Letter for the dossier submitting person
The acceptance documents of the authors (in case the products are created by some authors)

Time for implementation: 20-30 days since the submission of valid dossiers and service fees.

The result for the procedure is the software copyright certificate
